Seller Concessions CONCESSIONS We will make offers contingent upon the seller leaving behind additional items not listed in the listing agreement. Examples include: refrigerators, washer and/or dryer, patio furniture, yard tools and equipment. CLOSING COSTS
REPAIRS We encourage you to have a home building inspection done on the home after contract. We will attend this inspection, adding an extra set of eyes for the inspector; the inspector will submit a list of repairs necessary to be completed by the seller prior to closing thus creating additional savings. TERMITE INSPECTION We’ll make sure that the home does not have any visible evidence of wood-destroying organisms or wood decay fungi. A licensed inspector will report on this.
