In so doing, Acknowledge an Absolute Legal and Ethical obligation to represent the buyer exclusively in their acquisition of Real Estate, including all negotiations related to said acquisition.
We forsake any loyalty to the Seller, because we realize it is impossible to represent adverse parties in the same transaction.
We will represent your interest, as a Buyer, in your real estate transaction and will not accept any bonuses or gratuities offered by sellers or their agents with out your full knowledge and consent.
ADVANTAGES OF THE BUYER’S AGENT REPRESENTATION FOR BUYERS YOU will receive representation to a degree that was normally reserved for the Seller.
YOU will be represented by A BUYER’S AGENT throughout the entire home search, offer preparation, negotiations, financing, inspection, and closing on your property.
YOU will not be SOLD a property. You will be shown the available properties which best suit your needs. Sources include MLS listings, foreclosures, for sale by owners, bank owned properties, and builder’s new homes.
YOU will receive any pertinent research and market data which may effect the value of the property - whether positively or negatively.
YOU will know the strengths and weaknesses of any particular property, such as information on the schools, roads, and community.
YOU will have total confidentially from your BUYER'S AGENT. Privileged information is not passed on to the seller.
